Legal Administrator - Suffolk
Salary: Very Competitive
Location: Framlingham / Halesworth
Full-Time position + Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm + Excellent Benefits
An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administrator with A Levels at grade C or above to join a well-established law firm.
In this role, you will support the Private Client department with its administrative needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Handle queries in person and via telephone, accurately take messages, and relay them to appropriate staff.
- Perform scanning, photocopying, and general document filing both electronically and physically.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Support with internal data tracking and various administrative tasks as required.
What we are looking for:- Previously worked as a Legal Administrator or in a similar role.
- Ideally have experience working in a law firm.
- GCSE with at least Grade B in English and Maths.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence.
