Job Title: Legal Administrator
Duration: 2 Months (Temporary Contract - possibility to extend)
Location: Sheffield
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Start Date: ASAP
Background Checks: DBS and Basic Credit Check Required
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Overview:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join an established client based in Sheffield and support a dynamic team of 8 within the Legal Services department. Our team works collaboratively and supports each other across various projects, so a team player with excellent communication skills is essential.

You will play a key role in supporting the team with general administrative duties, handling sensitive legal documents, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Printing, scanning, and distributing legal documents (e.g., wills, powers of attorney) to relevant teams or external parties.
  2. General ad-hoc administrative support for the wider team.
  3. Ensuring the correct distribution of legal documents while adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  4. Assisting in the preparation and production of legal documents, ensuring all files are accurate and properly handled.
  5. Collaborating with the team on various projects and tasks, with a strong focus on teamwork and mutual support.
Key Requirements:
  1. Previous administrative experience is essential.
  2. Experience handling sensitive or confidential documents.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work well within a team and offer support when needed.
  5. A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
