Legal Administrators – Newly Qualified Legal Secretaries: Kickstart Your Legal Career!

New Vision Recruitment is seeking a Legal Administrator for a prestigious global law firm located in the City of London, near Holborn. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified legal secretary to work collaboratively with a team of support staff across multiple practice groups.

As a Legal Administrator, you will collaborate with your team to ensure the timely completion of delegated tasks from PAs and Fee Earners, meeting deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the team with billing, faxing, scanning, printing, and other administrative tasks.
  2. Liaise with clients, manage client file openings, and conduct conflict checks.
  3. Perform administrative duties across various practice groups.
  4. Process expenses and bills.

Ideal Candidates:

We prioritise applicants with a background in administration and/or work experience within international law firms.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous administrative experience in a professional environment.
  2. Proficient in MS Office with high attention to detail.
  3. Strong GCSEs and a CILEx qualification.
