Job description

Our client, a global and expanding Law firm based in Modern Leeds City Centre offices, is looking for an Administrator to support various departments of the business.


Salary: Up to £27,000.


Work Arrangement: 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office.


Your Responsibilities:

  1. Drafting of letters/emails.
  2. Audio typing.
  3. Booking travel and accommodation.
  4. Diary management.
  5. Answering and diverting calls when necessary.
  6. Filing, scanning, and submitting of paperwork.
  7. Supporting the Accounts team with any invoicing/billing.
  8. Supporting the wider business with ad-hoc admin duties when required.

About You:

  1. 1+ years of Administration experience.
  2. Professional manner.
  3. Ability to work towards deadlines.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently.
