Our client is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team and provide essential office support. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Legal Graduate with some work experience or an individual with a background in professional services looking to gain exposure to the legal sector.


The firm is highly supportive of career development and is open to assisting candidates who wish to gain legal experience, including those looking to sit the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).


Legal Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcoming and greeting visitors to the office
  2. Handling incoming telephone enquiries
  3. Opening and managing case files
  4. Diary management and appointment scheduling
  5. Providing administrative support to solicitors on an ad hoc basis
  6. Assisting with client onboarding processes
  7. Drafting and managing client care letters
  8. Conducting land searches
  9. Typing correspondence and legal documents
  10. Ordering office supplies and managing postal duties

Legal Administrator Experience and Skills Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a professional setting
  2. Strong organisation and communication skills
  3. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
  4. Willingness to learn and develop within the legal field
  5. Ideally, a car driver due to the office location
