Salary: GBP30,000.00 - GBP40,000.00 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Services professional to join a dynamic, values-led college community in Greater Manchester. You will be joining a thriving Public Services department with strong links to all major services, offering a vibrant and engaging environment. The department delivers a full progression pathway, from Level 1 Public Services to HND, and runs enrichment programmes focused on key areas such as the Police Service and Armed Forces. Whether or not you have teaching experience, if you're enthusiastic about sharing your industry knowledge and supporting the next generation, you'll be well supported to succeed in this role including full support to gain a teaching qualification.

What You'll Need:

1. A L3 or above in public/protective services (desirable)
2. Significant experience in a uniformed service.
3. GCSE Maths and English at grade C (or equivalent) or the willingness to achieve these within the probationary period.
4. A teaching qualification is not essential; the college is happy to support the right candidate through a recognised qualification, provided you're willing to work towards one.
