About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

Essential criteria

  1. PhD in medieval European economic and social history
  2. Excellent research in medieval European economic and social history
  3. Ability to convene, teach and assess modules relating to medieval European economic and social history
  4. Expertise in quantitative economic research techniques
  5. Ability to engage students, support their learning and support their wellbeing through their degree
  6. Demonstrable administrative skills or ability
  7. Evidence of a collaborative ethos, capacity for team-working and enthusiasm for engaging with other colleagues
  8. Experience of teaching and supporting students at undergraduate level
  9. Excellent research record relative to career stage

Desirable criteria

  1. Experience of teaching and supporting students at postgraduate level
