Job description

Wrexham University seeks to appoint a Lecturer in Construction Management to join the existing team in the delivery of undergraduate Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Design Technology and Civil Engineering programmes currently delivered on site at Wrexham Plas Coch campus.

The successful candidate will be a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and will possess relevant industrial experience in the management and supervision of construction projects.

Candidates will be expected to possess or be willing to work towards the attainment of a PG Certificate in Teaching in HE, and the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable. Candidates will also be expected either to possess or to be prepared to work towards an earned PhD in a context appropriate to the Built Environment subject area.
