Are you an Electrician looking for a new challenge, or an experienced Lecturer in Electrical Installation? We are seeking an inspirational individual who would love to share their knowledge, skills and expertise with students in this exciting and rapidly expanding curriculum area teaching Electrical Installation to future tradespeople.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach Electrical Installation to students.
2. Share knowledge, skills, and expertise in the field.
3. Engage with students to foster a positive learning environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
2. Relevant industry experience.
3. Willingness to work towards a Level 5 teaching qualification and a Level 3 assessing qualification.

If you are new to teaching or have taught under 5 years within Further Education you may be eligible for the targeted retention incentive payment, in addition to your salary. Payments made this year have ranged from GBP2,000 - GBP5,000 for those who were eligible. Eligibility criteria are due to be finalized by the government shortly for the 2025/2026 academic year.
