We are looking for an exceptional Lecturer A to join our Hospitality and Catering department. The post holder would be required to teach Professional Cookery to Entry 3 to Level 3 students and should have excellent vocational skills and experience. You should be qualified to Level 3 in Professional Cookery and have a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification. Experience of leading on qualifications and managing the IV/EV process would be an advantage.
