As they prepare for this exciting transition, they’re looking for a skilled Leasehold Enfranchisement Paralegal to play a key role in case management, legal operations, and customer delivery. What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the day-to-day management of statutory lease extension cases
• Acting as the go-to for clients, valuers, solicitors, surveyors, and landlords
• Supporting ABS setup and ensuring compliance with legal risk management
• Championing brilliant client service with every interaction

Ideal background:

• 3+ years of experience in leasehold enfranchisement (statutory extensions a bonus)
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-driven
• Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Strong organisational skills and a team player
