This is an exciting opportunity to strategically shape and implement performance, talent, and succession planning initiatives that drive business success. You'll play a key role in building a high-performance culture by aligning talent development with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic talent initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, leadership development, and succession planning.
2. Implement and refine performance management processes, ensuring they support employee development while aligning with business objectives.
3. Design and embed competency frameworks that provide clear career pathways and guide skills development.
4. Introduce talent profiling tools to identify high-potential employees, assess skill gaps, and create personalised development plans.
5. Lead succession planning efforts, ensuring a structured pipeline for critical roles and future leaders.
6. Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to integrate talent strategies into broader business planning.
7. Use data and insights to track the effectiveness of talent programmes, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

1. Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Talent Management, with a strong focus on performance management and succession planning.
2. A strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actionable talent development plans.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to enhance talent strategies.
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and drive change.
5. Passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning and career progression.
