Job Description

As a Learning Support Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with diverse learning needs to achieve their full potential. Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting students in understanding and completing their coursework
Providing one-on-one and group support sessions
Developing individualized learning plans
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
Collaborating with teachers and other educational staff
Supporting students with organizational and time-management skills
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Addressing any barriers to learning

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who possess:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication

Desirable Qualifications:
