A fantastic primary school in Colchester is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team after February half term. This is a full-time, long-term role, perfect for individuals looking to develop their career in education, psychology, or child development.

Learning Support Assistant Job Description:
  1. Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in a welcoming primary school
  2. £83-£100 per day
  3. Based in Colchester
  4. Education and Training
  5. Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
  6. Long-term role starting after February half term
About the Learning Support Assistant Role:
  1. Providing classroom support to pupils of varying abilities
  2. Assisting students with SEND and SEMH needs in small groups and one-on-one
  3. Facilitating differentiated tasks based on student ability
  4. Collaborating with a supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants
