Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support to students, both one-on-one and in groups.
• Work closely with teachers and other educational professionals to boost student learning.
• Help track student progress and share updates.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Education, Health and Care plans (EHCP).

Requirements:

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role such as a Teaching Assistant
• Good understanding of different learning disabilities and support strategies.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for helping students succeed.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or special needs support.
