As a Learning Support Assistant in Thornbury, you will work closely with students who may face challenges such as autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional or mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to secondary school students in Thornbury.
2. Apply psychological insight to help identify learning barriers and emotional triggers.
3. Create a safe, supportive learning environment that encourages engagement.
4. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists.
5. Develop valuable experience that will benefit your future career in psychology or education.

This Learning Support Assistant role in Thornbury is an excellent opportunity for any Psychology Graduate to work alongside experienced professionals including Educational Psychologists, Counsellors, Speech & Language Therapists, and Behaviour Specialists.

4. Pay: £90-£100 per day
5. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
