Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for a dedicated, hard-working, passionate individual to take on the role of 1:1 Support in & around the Cardiff area.

No Professional Experience? No Problem!

If you have any experience with children, care or sports coaching in your personal life, then we would still love to hear from you!

Role Duties:
  1. Supporting the pupil on a 1:1 basis in the classroom and other day-to-day activities.
  2. Create a safe, positive, fun environment in the classroom to instil confidence in the pupil.
  3. Develop a working rapport with the student.
  4. Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts.
  5. Promote a child-led approach.
  6. Deal with challenging behaviour and be comfortable removing the pupil from a potentially triggering environment.

The role is based in the Vale of Glamorgan area in a primary school setting. You will be working with a pupil that may have any of Autism, ADD, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Dyslexia, or other conditions.

The working hours will be between Monday – Friday starting at 8:30am & finishing at 3:30pm.
