Job description

All the details

Over the last 3-4 years we have successfully driven the modernisation of our product offer - a multi-year journey, an amazing achievement, and one we are truly proud of. We must now modernise the way we bring product to market, making it easier for everyone to deliver their part of our end-to-end processes.

The E2E Clothing & Home Transformation scope, direction and investment has been agreed and we are now embarking on a very deliberate journey to enable and simplify the way we operate.

To visualise and design what good looks like in the future, understand how best we drive change, and embed the new ways of working, we have established a transformation team made up of people who can lead projects and drive change, and we have some external change experts partnering with us.

The challenge - Over the next 3-5 years the E2E Transformation will change how colleagues do their job.

We need a real focus on the skills we need for tomorrow - not just system skills, but technical skills too. And we need to rethink the learner experience. If you are people focused, passionate about learning, creative and organised, then this is the role for you!

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
