Job description
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment where every day presents new opportunities to inspire and empower students? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Mentor to join our team and provide specialist support to students with communication and interaction needs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or co-occurring challenges. You will work one-to-one and in small groups, helping to create a safe, supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
This role involves delivering tailored interventions, supporting vocational learning, and contributing to the development of personalised learning plans based on Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs). You will also provide cover for short- and medium-term teacher absences, ensuring a seamless learning experience for students.
