Are you passionate about working with children? Do you have a good understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)? If so, we want to hear from you!
First for Education are seeking a Learning Mentor for a secondary school based in Dudley, helping pupils to adapt into the classroom and providing both academic and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement strategies and support learners in self-esteem and confidence-building activities.
2. Inspire and motivate learners and help to promote positive behaviour.
3. Listen to learners and help them resolve a range of issues that are creating barriers to their learning.

What we are looking for:

1. Excellent interactive and communication skills.
2. Must have experience working in schools with students KS3,4.
3. Strong ability to build relationships and promote positive behaviour.
