Learning Disabilities Support Worker

Due to high demand, we are recruiting dedicated and experienced Learning Disabilities Support Workers to assist vulnerable adults with varying degrees of learning disabilities. These roles are available across multiple locations, including Bognor Regis and Chichester.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
3. Encourage independence and facilitate social inclusion.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
5. Collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic care.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
4. Relevant qualifications in health and social care are preferred.
