1. Lead the learning and development initiatives for new store openings.
2. Collaborate with management to ensure all training materials are up to date.
3. Facilitate training sessions for new staff.
4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
5. Support the development of a positive company culture.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the QSR industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to travel as required.
