Who we are looking for:
The Learning & Organisational Development function are seeking an experienced learning and development professional to deliver learning and development to internal National Autistic Society colleagues.
We are looking for someone with experience of conducting learning and development activities across the entire learning cycle and has worked in learning and development environments.
The ability to support a cultural change around learning and understanding of learning best practice is paramount to success and as such, we are specifically looking for learning and development experience in an industry / business setting.
Being able to analyse information and prioritise to meet challenging deadlines is critical, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with specialists to meet delivery requirements.
The role itself has two key components which are; the management and delivery of Induction training and collaborative stakeholder engagement to identify and meet learning and development needs, alongside working on learning and organisational development projects.
Experience within the charity or social care sector is desirable but not essential and working within a regulatory framework.
