We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced L&D Facilitator, who will be responsible for the facilitation of a wide range of learning solutions and programmes. The focus of the role is training delivery and coaching, with the ability to engage an audience and provide a positive learning experience.

As a facilitator, you are the front of house for the L&D team; you are directly meeting, engaging, inspiring, and developing others through the learning interventions you facilitate.
You will need to ensure your knowledge of blended learning you are tasked with delivering is exceptional and you will be continually focused on engaging colleagues throughout your sessions.

Basic Salary £32,000-34,000 (DOE), as well as market leading benefits.
