The purpose of this role is to ensure HSE has the people capabilities required to deliver its strategy and to equip colleagues, managers, and leaders in their development. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will work as part of a wider team in leading the delivery of employee learning, organization development, and training needs that align with individual and organizational needs. This will support the delivery of the key strategic people themes and ensure the organization has the right people skills to deliver.
This role will play a key part in building a high quality, innovative L&D offer to support the regulatory and technical development needs of HSE Divisions, building capability across the organization, developing career pathways, and enhancing the talent development offer.
This role sits within the HSE’s Human Resources Division (HRD) and will be part of the wider HRD Organisational Design and Development Team (OD&D). The Learning and Development Specialist will work to identify learning and development needs through a range of activities, networks, and regular consultation with project and business stakeholders.
