Your impact:
As an L&D Partner, you'll design and deliver development programmes that strengthen employee capabilities and improve organisational performance. Your work will create a lasting impact on employee satisfaction, retention, and success.

1. Analyse Current Knowledge Levels: Evaluate existing knowledge and identify skill gaps to design targeted training initiatives.
2. Deliver Organisational Development: Oversee employee benefits, progression programmes, and initiatives focused on mental health and wellbeing.
3. Train and Coach Employees: Facilitate individual coaching and group training sessions tailored to both frontline staff and senior leaders.
4. Innovate with Technology: Use tools like AI to create cutting-edge training programmes and manage the Learning Management System.
5. Measure Impact: Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes, present key performance metrics, and deliver insights to the executive team.
6. Manage Relationships: Oversee partnerships with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
