We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager (CoE) to join our Revenue Cycle Support Services (RCSS) Centre of Excellence (CoE) team.
As our Learning & Development Manager (CoE) you’ll be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of a suite of process training programs for services within RCSS. This encompasses Patient Access, Revenue Assurance, and the Contact Centre. The program will be developed in collaboration with the business operational managers and leadership teams, along with the Centre of Excellence counterparts.
You will lead and mentor a team of Learning Facilitators based across our sites in the UK to deliver learning programs that equip our operational teams with effective knowledge, tools, and techniques to perform their roles. Supporting the exceptional patient journey, we are renowned for here at HCA UK.
