Join an exciting and growing business as a Learning & Development Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting the team through exceptional training and development programs.
Day-to-day of the role:
Lead and motivate a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs to new and existing colleagues across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.
Create and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of their dynamic departments.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, inspiring team members through your enthusiasm and energy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Learning & Development role within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
Experience in line management and leading training initiatives.
Strong ability to plan, resource, and execute training programs effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
Proficiency in eLearning platforms and face-to-face training delivery.
