Learning and Development Manager £43,500 Plus Free Rail Travel London Hybrid
Due to internal promotion, an Award-Winning Train Operating Company require a permanent Learning and Development Manager.
Opportunity:
Opportunity for an ambitious L&D Manager to join a supportive employer within the £billion Rail sector; and gain managerial experience (with an L&D Assistant reporting to you).
You will hit the ground running, developing and facilitating new L&D Programmes including a company-wide rollout of a Skills Matrix (which will provide invaluable skillet overviews across 700 staff), and internally championing their new HR system across internal processes; and putting your own stamp on training by creating E-Learning.
