This role will play a pivotal part in modernizing the businesses learning infrastructure and enhancing the employee development initiatives. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, training, and ongoing optimization to ensure a smooth adoption and long-term success.

Description

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to ensure adoption and engagement.

  3. Serve as the primary internal expert and point of contact for the new LMS functionality and user support.
  4. Align the LMS implementation with broader L&D strategies, including onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, and performance management.
  5. Evaluate learning needs and recommend scalable solutions using the new LMS capabilities.

Profile

A successful Learning and Development Manager should have:
