Learning and Development Facilitator
You will play a key role in delivering impactful learning experiences across the organisation. Your efforts will contribute to the professional growth of our employees and overall success of the company.
Contract: Fixed term contract 12 months
Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time. Where possible, we are open to considering part time/flexible working patterns. Please let us know in your application your desired working pattern.
Salary: £43,000
Reporting to: Learning and Development Manager

Our permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office.
As a Learning and Development Facilitator you will play a crucial role in delivering our Academy's onboarding program across the organisations. This position focuses on equipping new team members with the necessary technical product knowledge, soft skills, and hands-on experience.
You will work closely with experienced caseworkers, subject matter experts, and other L&D professionals to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
