Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team in London. With 2-3 years of experience, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our employees by helping to design, implement, and manage training programs that contribute to their growth and the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Support: Assist in the design and delivery of engaging training programs that align with the company's goals and help enhance employee skills.
  2. Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various teams.
  3. Curriculum Development: Help develop and update learning materials, including workshops, online courses, and e-learning modules.
  4. Facilitation: Co-facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience.
  5. Evaluation: Gather and analyze feedback on training programs to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  6. Employee Support: Collaborate with managers and HR team members to support individual development plans and career growth opportunities.
  7. Compliance Training: Help track and ensure completion of mandatory compliance training across the organization.
  8. Learning Culture: Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  9. Vendor Coordination: Work with external training providers to coordinate outsourced training programs when needed.

Profile

  1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar HR role.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    2. Good facilitation and presentation abilities.
    3. Basic experience in designing and implementing training programs.
    4. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
  4. Knowledge: An understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  5. Certifications: CIPD or other relevant certifications are a plus.
