What makes Community Integrated Care a great place to work:
DO YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR SEEING OTHERS THRIVE ?
We are Community Integrated Care, a national Health and Social Care Organisation supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health issues. We are looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Capability Development Specialist to join our award-winning Learning and Development Team on a full-time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be based in the North West as travel to our head office in Widnes will be required at least once a week.
What is The Deal for you?
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
The role will see you building and maintaining Community Integrated Care’s Capability Framework for our frontline colleagues that defines the knowledge, skills, and behaviour for each role in enabling the people we support to live the best life possible, meeting all organisational and regulatory requirements.
Delivering the Capability Framework is a strategic priority for the Charity. It is a key enabler of our engagement strategy to ensure our frontline colleagues are suitably supported to succeed in their role, through the development opportunities they have access to.
Training provision within Community Integrated Care is delivered through a network of geographically aligned Learning & Development Team Leaders and Specialists, external partners, and eLearning. It is the responsibility of the Capability Development Team to define the capability standards of our frontline roles, which in turn set the learning objectives for our training.

In our 2023 Colleague Engagement Survey, 56% (over 3,300!) of our people shared their feedback and insights, giving us an incredible Employee Net Promoter Score of +28. This is a measure of how positively our colleagues talk about us - and 28 is an excellent score compared to other organisations!
