Purpose of Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Manager to support our L&D strategic goals in driving professional growth and continuous learning. This is a stand-alone role, requiring a self-motivated individual who can take ownership of learning initiatives, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and drive the right outcomes for the business. The L&D Manager will work with the CPO and People Team and be responsible for organizing, implementing, and managing training programs and learning pathways for all employees. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure our workforce stays at the forefront of technological advancements and essential soft skills development. The ideal candidate must be creative, resourceful, and scrappy—able to develop innovative solutions with limited resources and think outside the box to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
