NHS Ayrshire and Arran is looking for a highly motivated and experienced digital e-learning lead with a strong background in the design, delivery and implementation of e-learning programmes together with associated project management experience. The role requires someone who is innovative and highly motivated with an excellent knowledge of the LearnPro learning management and course booking systems in addition to the Turas learn management system. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude and a commitment to adding value.

The post holder will have a good understanding of adult learning theories and principles and will give specialist advice, guidance, support and training to users of the learning management systems to ensure the organisation can meet mandatory and statutory training requirements. The post will also provide leadership to the digital e-learning team responsible for supporting service users and in the creation and development of a range of e-learning modules for use across the organisation.

The successful applicant will also work in collaboration with the Head of Learning, Organisational Development and Staff Experience and the Learning and Organisational Development Manager, in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and organisational development interventions which will support the organisation in its journey through transformational change.

The department of O&HRD is currently under review therefore there may be changes to the reporting structure. The shift pattern for this post is 09:00 – 17:00 hrs Monday to Thursday and 09:00 and 16:30 Friday.
