Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development professional to join a global law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of their accomplished Learning and Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement a variety of personal and business skills programmes tailored to the firm's needs, including people management programmes.
2. Maintain and update the core programme courses, ensuring content remains relevant and insightful for the audience.
3. Deliver a range of core programme courses and online webinars.
4. Manage and execute diverse projects and bespoke events as required by the firm.
5. Coordinate the selection of suitable external suppliers for legal skills training.
6. Develop and oversee effective monitoring and management systems to achieve L&D objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. A minimum of three years' experience within a professional services firm.
2. Ideally proven experience in delivering training programmes in a professional services environment.
3. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
