More about the role:

Role summary:
This role will play a vital part in the success of our business supporting the L&D function in transforming our growing learning and development initiatives as well as championing our engagement and retention plans for all our colleagues both from a year-round and Championships perspective.

Role responsibilities & duties:

  1. Proactively manage the L&D team inbox to ensure that requests are dealt with quickly and effectively.
  2. Manage the L&D calendar and schedule sessions, as well as organising recurring external training (WSET, First Aid course etc.)
  3. Provide administrative support for all L&D initiatives.
  4. Work closely with the HR teams in assisting with recruitment of colleagues for all areas, with a particular emphasis on inductions.
  5. Access and understand the LMS as an administrative user to troubleshoot any system related issues.
  6. Manage all administrative tasks in the LMS efficiently.
  7. Support with all administrative tasks relating to the L&D function.
  8. Conduct L&D Analysis & reporting.
  9. Lead social media efforts for L&D initiatives.
  10. Support the Head of L&D in managing the reward & recognition schemes.
  11. Liaise with the Levy Training team to ensure all Mandatory training is completed.
  12. Support your line manager in ensuring all training activities are within budget.
  13. Identify and meet the needs of colleagues and our guests, focusing on delivering first class guest service.
  14. Recognise potential complaint situations and make effective steps to avoid and/or resolve these situations.
  15. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all operating departments.

Person Specification:
Previous experience with systems (e.g. LMS or Workforce Management System) - Essential
Effective at managing multiple priorities, projects, and relationships at once
Experience in social media platforms
Attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Proactive, energetic, and can-do attitude
Be a problem solver
Curious and resilient
Flexible approach – occasional work will be required on weekends.
