You will be supporting our Learning & Development and Health & Safety Teams and other experts to organise and administer our Health & Safety training programmes. Every day is a learning day for us in L&D so there's plenty of opportunity to grow and develop skills across our scope and expand your knowledge of the wider organisation.

Education
Essential criteria:

  • Good Standard numeracy and literacy to GCSE Level or Equivalent
Desirable criteria:
  • CIPD Qualification

Experience
Essential criteria:

  • Previous administration Experience within a busy working environment
Desirable criteria:
  • Experience of working within a NHS/Public Sector setting
  • Experience of working within a L&D and/or Health & Safety setting
  • Experience of working with systems such as ESR(OLM)

Skills
Essential criteria:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to converse at ease with customers at all levels
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the internet and Email applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Advanced data input and keyboard skills
Desirable criteria:
  • Ability to use ESR/OLM systems

Knowledge
Essential criteria:

  • Robust general administration knowledge
  • Knowledge of own learning and development requirements
