A wonderful opportunity to join a forward thinking engineering company in this newly created role in the People team.
You will be working alongside the L&D Manager and the People Administrator. The company runs an award-winning apprentice programme and is committed to the development of their people. In this role, you could undertake Level 3 or 5 Learning and Development qualifications.

In addition, a new HR software is being installed, and you will be working with the People Administrator to ensure that all employee data is transferred accurately.
Candidates will need to have had some administrative experience, ideally but not essentially in L&D or HR. You will need to be able to demonstrate a desire to develop a career in Learning and Development.
