We are Community Integrated Care, a national Health and Social Care Organisation supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health issues. We are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Administrator to join our award-winning Learning and Development Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

The ideal candidate will be based in the North West as travel to our head office in Widnes will be required at least once a week.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

You will be a key part of our Learning and Development Team, supporting learners and stakeholders, ensuring efficient administration of the department activities including:

  • Managing the inbox, providing 1st line support for all Learning and Development queries.
  • Providing administrative support for all Learning and Development programmes including Inductions, GROW, Leadership and Management programmes, Qualifications, and Apprenticeships.
  • Supporting the administration and maintenance of the Charity’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and a positive learner experience.
  • Coordinating Learning and Development updates across communication channels.
  • Supporting with financial administration and the maintenance of our preferred supplier list.
  • Any other duties relating to the role.

Skills And Experience

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be well-organised with excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all Learning and Development activity is administered efficiently and correctly, providing a professional and supportive service to our learners and stakeholders.

  • Achieved or willing to work towards a Level 2 Business Administration.
  • GCSE in Math’s and English.
  • Highly organised, with good prioritisation skills to balance multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain high attention to detail and produce accurate documentation.
  • IT Skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience with a Learning Management System (Cornerstone) would be advantageous, not essential.
