We're seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Growth Manager (Digital Marketing) to drive growth and lead generation alongside our Marketing Manager (also part-time) and founder. This flexible role offers a blend of remote and in-person work within a tight-knit, ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Revenue Growth

  • Design and execute cross-channel lead generation campaigns
  • Develop automated sales funnels and nurture sequences
  • Advise and implement cross-channel paid advertising (YouTube, META, Google)
  • Promotion strategy for tiered product offerings from digital products to high-ticket programs including courses

LinkedIn Engagement & Advertising

  • Build LinkedIn growth strategy in alignment with business goals
  • Relationship building / community management with industry leaders (on business behalf)
  • Use Sales Navigator to identify and segment leads
  • Execute outreach campaigns & follow-up strategies
  • Implement advertising and retargeting features

Marketing Systems & Analytics

  • Optimise CRM usage for lead tracking and conversion
  • Track and analyse campaign performance
  • Manage website optimisation and technical on-page SEO skills

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years B2B lead generation experience with proven results of sales conversion
  • Extensive LinkedIn expertise is essential
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Graphic and creative skills (not essential but highly valued)
  • SEO, SEM, paid media and content marketing strategy
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting
  • Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
  • CRM systems – Active Campaign
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Website CMS (WordPress)

Success in This Role Means

  • Consistent growth in qualified leads and revenue
  • Growth of audience and engagement on LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube
  • Ability to scale digital products and programs
  • Strong ROI on digital marketing spend
