Premier Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a well-established wholesale company in the Bexley area. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Warehouse Trainer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

About the Role:

As the Lead Warehouse Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all warehouse staff receive professional training, from induction to on-the-job development. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and Health & Safety Coordinator, you will oversee manual handling, MHE (LLOPs, FLTs, PPTs), and warehouse process training, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct induction and practical training for new and existing warehouse colleagues
2. Train staff in warehouse operations, MHE use, and health & safety procedures
3. Deliver refresher training and ongoing support to maintain high standards
4. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all training and compliance requirements
5. Work collaboratively with Senior Managers and Trainers to support all shifts

What We're Looking For:

1. FLT/MHE License (essential)
2. Previous training experience within a warehouse environment
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Computer literate with good administrative abilities
5. High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
6. Ability to work independently and take initiative
