Position: Lead Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

1. Help to set up the restaurant and ensure opening and closing are completed according to schedule.
2. Lead a small team of front house staff.
3. Run tickets and ensure smooth customer service.
4. Establish customer service standards in a high-end setting.
5. Train and hire new staff.

Experience: Required

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9-22

Salary: £12 – £17 hourly
