Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Lincolnshire

Our client, a small animal practice in a charming market town in Lincolnshire, is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their warm and friendly team on a full-time basis. This town, often described as a hidden gem, offers a delightful experience for visitors of all ages with its rich history, bustling market, eclectic shops, and array of local attractions.
The practice is well-established with an excellent client base and a highly experienced team. The purpose-built facility features five consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, and state-of-the-art operating theatres equipped with the latest technology including ECG, an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, dentistry equipment, and ultrasound. The practice sees a busy and varied caseload and serves as a training site for nurses and vets participating in a Graduate Support Programme.
You will be joining a team of four highly experienced veterinarians, including specialists in orthopaedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, and neurosurgery. The team also includes a practice manager, one SVN, and a supportive team of PCAs and CCAs.
The successful candidate will be RCVS registered and have previous experience working in practice. Clinical leadership skills, an appreciation for exceptional care, and an understanding of how this enhances the client experience are essential. You must be a good team player with excellent communication skills.
