Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in a state-of-the-art hospital setting? We are seeking a skilled surgeon to lead our surgical team, handling a varied and complex caseload in a well-equipped, RCVS-accredited small animal hospital.

Your Role:

• Perform a range of advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, ensuring excellence in patient care.

• Mentor and develop junior vets, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Provide expert guidance and second opinions on complex surgical cases.

• Work closely with dedicated theatre nurses and emergency care teams in a dynamic 24-hour setting.

About You:

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with extensive experience in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a surgical team.

• Passionate about clinical excellence and patient care.
