Lead Veterinary Nurse - Glasgow

Our client, the UK's leading veterinary charity, is dedicated to providing treatment to sick and injured pets of people in need. Every team member plays a vital role in fulfilling this mission. They are looking for an enthusiastic Nursing Team Leader who demonstrates excellent performance, a proven track record in customer service, teamwork, and delivering results.


As Team Leader, you will support the Head Nurse through the leadership of part of the nursing team, delivering efficient, professional, and caring services to the local community. You will line manage up to ten Veterinary Nurses/Veterinary Care Assistants who support in theatre, provide inpatient care, and carry out consults. You will encourage financial contributions from clients and maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital and equipment. Additionally, you will deputise for the Head Nurse during periods of absence and help embed Pet Wellbeing services within the hospital, creating a culture of prevention through education and preventive services.


The Role:

• Full Time role - 37.5 hour week.
