About the Role
Base Location: Reading and Perth - this is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days a week at the office at one of the advertised locations.
Salary: £33,500 - £50,300 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.

As the Lead UX Designer, you will define and develop frictionless and consistent customer experiences for businesses of all sizes and inform the future of digital within Business Energy. This strategic role requires collaboration across Product, Development, Data, and Marketing teams, positioning you as a key player in transforming user-centered digital services. You will act as the voice of the user, influencing teams across scrum, and bring a unique blend of design and technical expertise, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision come to life.
