Lead, UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior or Lead UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX design team we believe in a collaborative working style with a bias toward rapid prototyping, experimentation and a strong curiosity for our customers’ goals and needs.

What you will do:

• Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional peers and executive stakeholders on defining and delivering compelling and useful products, based on a strong point of view of the product’s evolution.

• Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders: developing deep empathy for customers and end users; developing rigorous expectations on evidence informed decision making; holding teams accountable to a hypothesis based and measurable success metric product development process.

• Present design solutions to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.

• Partner with UX Research and the Design System team.

• Partner with cross functional stakeholders in the implementation and evolution of the product development lifecycle.

What you will need:

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Senior UX Designer role, you will ideally have:

• 7 years' experience with Enterprise, B to B SaaS products.

• Demonstrable experience with enterprise document collaboration tools, processes and paradigms.

• Be comfortable with ambiguity and drive towards crisp problem statements and measures of success with cross functional partners.

• Experience working with a platform framework and considering the holistic end user experience.

• Experience working with and contributing to a Design System and familiarity with Microsoft Fluent UI.

• Experience presenting design decisions to stakeholders, from peers to executives.

• Experience or curiosity on how to integrate AI appropriately.
