We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Specialist Trainer to join our Siemens Mobility Education and Skills (E&S) Training team. Reporting to the Senior Training & Development Specialist for Rail Infrastructure, and collaborating closely with the Education and Skills Leadership Team, you will serve as the technical expert on all signalling training materials and equipment. In this SME role, you'll oversee both new and legacy training initiatives and deliver legacy training to internal and external clients.
You will lead the legacy training strategy, overseeing the training delivery plan, and managing the implementation of legacy product-related training. You will collaborate with Rail Infrastructure and the Senior Training & Development Specialist on new technologies, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing the training strategy for emerging technologies, as well as mentoring trainers in these areas.
Leveraging your experience and dedication to railway signalling training, you will ensure alignment with business objectives. This role covers all aspects of legacy and new technology training, including safety-critical railway signalling and control systems.
