Lead Support Worker - Full-Time

About the Role:
As a Lead Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting a team of staff while ensuring the highest level of support for the people we support. No two days will be the same; you will enjoy variety and assist them in the following ways:
Dimensions want you to develop professionally as a Lead Support Worker. This means that you are expected to get involved and contribute to meetings, work towards gaining qualifications about your work, attend training courses, and be willing to learn new things and ways of working.
This role involves working 8am-3pm / 3pm-10pm / 8am-10pm and every other weekend. We are looking for someone who has the willingness to work nights as and when needed.
